Required Information

• Good faith statement
  A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• Accuracy and authority statement
  A statement that the information provided is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Response Process

Once a complete and valid notice is received, DuckMath will investigate the claim and remove or disable access to the reported content as quickly as possible, where appropriate.
